Seriously, what is inside the green apple drink? It tastes like an off brand sugar with water & food coloring drink I can get for $1 at the corner store 🤢.

I was waiting in line after ordering a watermelon juice when I saw an employee making another customer’s apple/carrot juice. The employee put apples straight into the juicer without washing them — including one that still had the produce sticker attached. I asked another employee if fruit is normally washed before use, and they said yes. When I pointed out that the apple with the sticker had just been blended, they said that should not have happened. But the drink had already been handed to the customer. The only thing they threw away afterward was another apple that still had a sticker on it. I then asked whether this was a one-time mistake or something that normally happens, and they insisted they usually clean the fruit properly. Still, the fact that this happened so casually right in front of customers made me seriously question their food handling and cleanliness standards.

Visited Real Fruit BT Monday 4/13 with my mother. We got two juices. The store was quite busy but was no problem for me as I wasn't in a rush. Staff finished our order and handed it off to us in just a couple minutes and Mom loved the drink. Product is great but please get working air conditioning or better ventilation!!! My mom did not want to wait inside the storefront because it was far too hot and humid for her. This makes it unaccommodating for people with disabilities who are intolerant to heat but looking for something refreshing. I feel especially bad for the staff who are hard at work making drinks in those conditions.

I recently had a rather unpleasant encounter with Real Fruit Juice. I bought a Mango Diamond Slush and, to my surprise, found a cockroach at the bottom when I was almost done drinking it. I've attached some photos as proof. This experience has left me quite unsettled and has made me question the quality of Real Fruit Juice products. Discovering a foreign object in a beverage is not something anyone expects, and it's a big letdown. I hope Real Fruit Juice takes this seriously and takes steps to prevent such incidents in the future to maintain customer trust. In short, my recent experience was quite shocking, and I'm hoping for a swift response and action to address this issue.
